January Taster Workshop

If you've been hanging to join HoneyBea's Fusion Bellydance classes, this is the perfect opportunity! Get a little sample taste of what will be happening every Friday evening- A combination of  stretches, conditioning, exploration and FUN!

Perfect for beginners, this year in class we will be breaking down the foundations of fusion bellydance, whilst navigating more contemporary and alternative styles of music, movement and performance. Whether you're wanting to brush up on technique, bring more life to your stage characters, or simply learn to let go when dancing at home, there is something here for everyone! 

In this particular workshop, we will break down a really fun beginner combo and learn how to stylise these movements to different types of sound. We will explore the space around us, movement qualities and start tuning into our own uniqueness!

My aim is to cultivate a safe and relaxed environment for all- a little coven where we all douse each other in love and support! Eventually I will be opening up the session for things like headdress and costume-making, casual haflas/jams and even opportunities for performing (If you're feeling it!) so if you're feeling called to any aspect of fusion bellydance, this is YOUR TIME TO SHINE!
