HoneyBea is a Chilean-born Fusion Bellydancer, choreographer and teacher, known for her unique artistic expression and passion for folkloric and contemporary dance styles alike. She has studied Fusion, Bellydance and various other modalities with local and international prolific schools and teachers, and has been performing all throughout Australia since 2013.

Beatriz Aguila, also known as HoneyBea, has always been fascinated with art, culture, and learning new things. Born in Chile and growing up in New Zealand inspired her to perform from a young age, dancing in Latin and Hispanic folkloric groups, playing music and working in theatre productions and television.
Now residing in Melbourne for almost two decades, Bea is still doing what she loved as a child- dancing, playing music, creating costumes, and making art.
HoneyBea is well known for her unique style of dance- earthy, ancient movements combined with a contemporary twist. She hand-makes each one of her costumes and has a cheeky smile that shines through her ebony mane.
She includes finger cymbals, her own handmade Hula Hoops, Veils, Palm torches and Silk/Fire Fans. She is an experienced choreographer and dance teacher, working on solo/group improvisational performances and accompanying Djs, artists and bands of all genres and styles.
Outside of the stage lights, Bea thoroughly enjoys sewing and costume making for herself and other performers and clients. She specialises in Headdresses and accessories, Bellydance and performer costumes, and Dreadlocks/hair accessories.
